API Security Program For Startups

Up to $150,000 for grabs in the APISentry Security Programme: A brilliant opportunity for startups to gain access to APIsentry’s comprehensive suite of security to fight against emerging cyber threats

Up to 50 selected startups will gain access to APIsentry's comprehensive security suite.
Each chosen startup will receive $3,000 in APIsentry credits.
Selection based on a simple application process highlighting the startup's understanding of API security's importance to their business.

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is open to early-stage and growth-stage tech startups based in Africa that recognise the importance of cybersecurity in their operations. To be eligible, startups must have developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or launched a product in the market. Participating startups should also be able to demonstrate an intention to improve their cybersecurity measures by incorporating APISentry's security suite into their infrastructure.

Application Deadline: Rolling Basis

Evaluation and acceptance: 1-2 weeks after application.

How to Participate

As part of the application process, applicants will be required to answer a series of questions, to gauge their knowledge of API security and interest in securing their businesses.

Describe the top three API security threats your startup/product faces and how APIsentry's solutions could mitigate these risks. Provide specific examples in your response (200 words minimum).
How would APIsentry's API security solutions enable your startup to innovate and scale more confidently? Discuss potential new opportunities this enhanced security could unlock. (200 words minimum)
